This week our Secondary students walked back through the school gates to an unfamiliar school environment after two months at home. Now that the students have had a couple of days to adjust, they are rapidly getting used to the new set up around school, all students seem to be in good spirits and soon this set up will become second nature. Students are becoming comfortable with coming to school wearing a mask, standing two metres apart, washing their hands and having their temperature checked before entering. They are now familiar with the directions they need to follow to get to their classrooms and are getting used to the new classroom layout! Today we had music in the playground for students and staff to enjoy and to help make everyone feel more comfortable in this strange situation we are all facing. We are looking forward to welcoming Primary students back onsite on the 25th May.
